TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INCENTIVES AND EXCLUSIVE EVENTS

  1. The first payment of 50% of the total will be paid at the time of the booking.

  2. The remaining payment of 50% will be made as a deadline 15 days before the departure of the catamaran.

  3. In case of cancellation of the departure due to adverse weather conditions, decision made by the Captain of the MAGIC catamaran, the amounts paid will be refunded and there will be no cancellation charges.

  4. When the cancellation of the departure occurs unilaterally on the part of the client, the cancellation expenses will depend on the advance with which it is communicated:

    1. In case of a cancellation communicated before the 90 days prior to the reserved departure, there will be no cancellation expenses, and all the payments received will be returned.

    2. In case of a cancellation communicated within 90 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation expenses will be 25% of the first payment corresponding only to the rental of the catamaran, or 12.5% ​​of the total amount of the rental of the catamaran.

    3. In case of a cancellation communicated within 60 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation expenses will be 50% of the first payment corresponding only to the rental of the catamaran, or 25% of the total amount of the catamaran rental.

    4. In case of a cancellation communicated within 30 days prior to the reserved departure, cancellation charges will be 100% of the first payment corresponding only to the rental of the catamaran, or 50% of the total amount of the catamaran rental.

    5.  In case of a cancellation communicated within 15 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation charges will be 100% of the total amount of the reserved departure with all its services.
